Marguerite Rose Zappa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Music from Hunter College, of the City University of New York. Upon graduation, Ms. Zappa taught music on the junior high school level for one year, and subsequently became employed by Alitalia Airlines, which afforded the opportunity to nurture her linguistic and administrative skills. After more than fifteen years with Alitalia, Ms. Zappa then transferred her travel skills to Vavolizza Travel Agency, where she remained for thirteen years, until their closure following the events of September 11th.

The arts, her main focus, are pursued through various venues. Ms. Zappa's membership with the Collegiate Chorale, not only enables her to sing in New York City's most prestigious halls; Carnegie, Avery Fisher, and the Metropolitan Opera House, but gives her the opportunity to utilize her knowledge of the Italian language, as the Chorale's Italian diction coach. Her association and endearing friendship with the Bonito family, synonymous with intellectuality and artistic vision, is a constant source of inspiration.

Presently, Ms. Zappa is employed by Musica Sacra, a non-profit professional choral organization based in New York. As the Executive Assistant, her duties as administrator encompass fund raising, co-chairing special events, and handling Carnegie Ticket Sales.
